Gulf Model School, Dubai is looking for a proactive and dependable IT Support Officer to provide daily technical assistance and support school IT operations, including ID cards and biometric enrolment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level IT support to teachers, staff, and administration.
- Assist with staff and student biometric enrolment, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Support ID card printing, replacements, and access issues.
- Maintain and support classroom technology such as smart boards, laptops, printers, and projectors.
- Assist with network connectivity, system logins, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Support online classes, exams, and digital platforms.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
