- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Maintain detailed record of IT incidents, resolutions and asset inventory.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT related issues reported by end-user, including remote troubleshooting.
- Assist in development of new IT hardware and software across the organisation.
- Responsible for IT procedure documentation, procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Check and ensure software updated, patched and antivirus up to date.
