Job Overview
The IT System Support Engineer will act as a first‑line and mid‑level support resource, handling IT helpdesk operations, network troubleshooting, and remote server management. This is a client‑facing role requiring excellent English communication skills and hands‑on technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level‑1 / Level‑2 IT Helpdesk support (password resets, account creation, user access issues).
Manage and support Active Directory environments (users, groups, GPOs).
