Provide 24/7 technical support for the SGS D-TECT software and hardware, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.Perform all scheduled maintenance activities, including software deployments, system updates, and hardware cleaning.Offer first-line support to local users experiencing issues with D-TECT functionalities (, image matching, image display).Monitor the health and performance of application and infrastructure servers (, disk space, CPU, memory usage), and take preventive actions to avoid downtime.Collect and document user feedback to support continuous improvement of the D-TECT solution.
