About the Role
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Monitor network & server systems using NOC tools
- Handle alerts and perform first-level troubleshooting
- Manage incident reporting and follow escalation procedures
- Support change management and scheduled maintenance
- Communicate with internal teams for issue resolution
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- Able to work in shift mode, 24 x 7 operation (Shift on rotation basis).
- Strong knowledge in Voice over IP (VoIP), networking, Data Network.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience
