We are looking for tech-savvy Network Engineers for our team.
Job Description:
- Troubleshoot local network functionality, identifying root causes
- Verify the updates to known issues, testing the solutions before implementation
- Proactive case creation via software fault detection
- Troubleshooting issues with no known solution, and developing new processes if necessary
- Review work log and customer feedback periodically with team and other analysts and technicians to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
- Review and respond accordingly to key customer and internal escalation requests
- Provide technical feedback to the internal engineering and manufacturing team
