About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary/Objective 
Manage the Information Technology (IT) department of a Manufacturing Plant in the Automotive industry.Provide services and support to Plant Operations maximizing availability, performance and  on cost effective solutions with a continuous improvement mindset.
Reporting Relationships 
Direct report to the Plant Manager
Dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional IT Manager
Roles & Responsibilities 
IT Management
Manage IT Team, primarily on 1st shift weekdays, ensuring support for off-shift, weekends and on call support.
Consult with plant management on continuous improvement ideas and fulfill requests. 
Project Management or key team member of projects to deliver new initiatives and/or service improvements. 
Drive problem management resolution and permanent corrective actions.
