IT Manager
Location: Bogotá, Colombia
The IT Manager (Colombia Hub) leads day‑to‑day IT service delivery for a multi‑skilled team of approximately 25 resources supporting Abbott’s Medical Devices business. The role provides hub‑level direction through matrix leadership, prioritization, standards, and performance governance to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary hub interface for MDIT and site/business leaders, translating demand into prioritized work, communicating performance, risks, and roadblocks, and managing vendor/partner interactions.
- Own workforce planning for ~25 resources: align skill sets to demand, manage schedules, coverage, throughput, and balance priorities across run/support work and improvement initiatives; coordinate with global and regional teams for capacity and escalation support.
