Position Overview
The IT Manager provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership across all technology functions of the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure while driving innovation, operational alignment, and cost-efficient technology solutions. The IT Manager will lead the full IT operations lifecycle—from architecture, security, and systems administration to data analytics, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong leadership, data-driven decision-making skills, and proven experience in budgeting, vendor management, and cost-reduction initiatives.
