IT Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day technical and support operation of IT and Innovations department.
• Provide immediate and long-term solution for emerging issuing and concern from the IT technical and support operation.
• Aid in the management and administration all servers (virtual, physical, and cloud-hosted) in optimal working conditions.
• Ensure reliable user access to computer, network, and other IT-related resources.
• Aid in the monitoring and testing of system and network performance and security, administration security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems and in the backup and restoration effort of the department.
• Uphold, implement, and maintain IT-related procedures, policies, and restriction.
