IT Manager

The Data Center IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all IT-related functions within the data center environment. This role ensures the reliability, security, compliance, and performance of IT systems while supporting data center certifications, cybersecurity initiatives, design reviews, and integration of IT and facilities ELV systems. The position also serves as the primary IT representative for internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and maintain data center IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network devices, and related systems.
• Oversee ITSM systems (incident, problem, change, and asset management) to ensure effective service delivery.
