JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Manage the Organization’s various IT activities, tasks, and projects (performed directly or by direct reports) in order to ensure an effective outcome and service delivery.
2. Responsible for business process design, project management, and implementation.
3. Exposure to systems like WMS, TMS, and international freight systems like Cargowise.
4. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
5. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor system and operational performance.
6. Aware with current and new technological trends and translate them into meaningful IT solutions, where it suits, in the businesses that we are involved in to ensure that our internal service partners are able to gain a competitive advantage and provide a superior customer service.
