IT Manager (DevOps)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's IT infrastructure including network, hardware, software, and cloud systems.
• Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP platform — system configuration, module updates, user access, and performance.
• Lead the technical delivery of client Odoo implementations in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Manage direct reports: Project Manager and AI Technical Sales Consultant.
• Define and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and data management standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technology tools and systems to support business operations.
• Coordinate IT procurement and manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and hosting services.
• Provide technical guidance and support to all departments as required.
• Prepare IT reports and system performance summaries for the GM.
