As we scale, we're seeking a hands‑on IT Manager to lead our internal IT operations in Brazil, India and USA ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and ready to support a modern, distributed workforce.

This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of hands‑on experience in managing and securing enterprise IT infrastructure and expertise in Azure Cloud, Intune, Microsoft Defender, network security, Palo Alto Firewalls, and cybersecurity tools, and should live in Florianópolis or nearby areas.
