IT Maintenance Engineer

Address: BGC, Taguig City

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 9 am - 6 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of software Application and IT equipment (Server/Storage/Switch/Firewall).
• Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting.
• Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration.
• Onsite Maintenance support for critical problems that can't be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
• Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in Telecom Industry is an advantage.
