Role Overview:
As an IT Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, system repairs, and IT support. You will assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Component Replacement: Assist in replacing faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, motherboards, and power supplies.
