IT Infrastructure Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures stable operation of network, server, and cloud infrastructure while maintaining availability metrics.
• Accurately updates configuration management (CM) and ensure consistency with changes.
• Develops patch deployment plans to mitigate vulnerability risks across the entire infrastructure.
• Leads technical efforts during incidents to achieve rapid recovery and perform root cause analysis.
• Performs capacity monitoring and demand forecasting to develop future enhancement and optimization plans.
• Directs infrastructure personnel, implementing work plans, role assignments, and skills development.
• Maintains and updates operational documentation, procedures, and standards to standardize operational quality.
• Optimizes cloud resource utilization and manage costs to reduce wasteful resources.
