Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather information about existing infrastructure, applications, and workflows.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Develop and present on-premises infrastructure solutions, including networking, security, endpoint protection, servers, and storage.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, bill of materials (BoM), solution architecture diagrams, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Provide the Effort estimate, SOW for the Implementation
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Design architecture diagrams and technical proposals outlining the solutions.
