What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support for systems and infrastructure based on company requirements
- Perform daily data processing and generate service availability reports for weekly/monthly reviews
- Monitor and execute system backups; perform housekeeping for infrastructure, storage, and network devices
- Acknowledge and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines
