We are looking for a confident, articulate IT Operations professional who can act as an Incident Commander, take ownership of issues, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. This role requires strong incident management, coordination, and communication skills, not just technical knowledge.
- Own and manage production incidents end-to-end (triage, coordination, resolution, closure)
- Act as the primary point of contact during incidents
- Coordinate with L1/L2/L3 teams, developers, QA, DevOps, and IT
- Provide clear, concise status updates
