  • Create and manage tickets based on customer requests, inquiries, or incident reports received via email, phone, walk-in, or service portal
  • Provide general technical guidance and first-level support to customers
  • Gather information, analyze issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and research solutions to resolve or properly route incidents
