Essential Responsibilities:
-Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software.
-Provide user technical assistance and perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques.
-Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
-Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of hardware and problem troubleshooting.
-Follow-up with users to ensure issues are resolved.
-Provide needed information on IT products or services.
-Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve.
Education:
Bac+2 (BTS) / Bac+3 in computing science
Experience:
Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician is preferred.
