IT Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support and perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, printers, WiFi, handheld devices, security devices, IT equipment, video conferencing tools, and other peripherals in line with company standards.
• Deliver IT software support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting forPOS systems, operating systems, Microsoft Office, email clients, network connections, antivirus, internet browsing, file sharing, and business applications.
• Handle POS application support, including managing upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
• Provide on-site IT support for all retail and consignment outlets, primarily in Klang Valley (with occasional travel).
• Coordinate with IT and external vendors on network connectivity issues (Dedicated Line, WiFi, IPVPN, etc.).
