IT Executive (ERP)

Responsibilities

• Undertake and recommend IT operational procedures and security policies ensuring compliance with standard and best practices
• Ensure efficiency in PC Software, ERP, hardware support, and availability of network infrastructure for WAN and LAN communication within the companies.
• Monitor, identify and resolve technical problems, and administer IT related hardware/software problems to meet users’ expectations.
• Maintain all IT related inventory and software licensing control
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation, system manuals, and procedure
• Supervise and work with vendors to ensure projects are implemented as per specification and on time.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage user of different levels.
