We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to manage daily application operations and maintenance. The role involves rapid diagnosis and resolution of system issues, supporting users, and ensuring stable business application performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application operation and maintenance support
- Diagnose and resolve system incidents and failures promptly
- Handle user inquiries, service requests, and troubleshooting
- Support system enhancements and new business process rollouts
- Participate in on-call or night shift support when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
