This hands-on role involves supporting a diverse client base with on-site and remote assistance, ensuring reliable infrastructure and user productivity. This role is working for a manufacturing organisation, experience of working for a similar company is highly desirable.
THE ROLE
Provide first- and second-line IT support for local and remote users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Manage and maintain Windows and Ubuntu servers, Active Directory, VMware/vSphere virtual machines, and Veeam backups
