IT Engineer

(On-call, 2 night shifts per week)

Role Summary
You'll join IT & Cloud Operations to keep our platforms secure, reliable, and efficient. The role blends internal IT with production operations: automate routine work, run OpenStack-based infrastructure, resolve incidents, and help colleagues via the helpdesk. You'll also take part in an on-call rotation with night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu), and core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DHCP, firewalls).
Implement monitoring/alerting and capacity management (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana; logs via ELK/OpenSearch).
Troubleshoot outages, restore service quickly, and lead post-incident RCA documentation and follow-ups.
