Your Role
System Reliability, Performance & Security
Maintain high availability, optimized performance, and a strong security posture across on‑premises and cloud environments
Troubleshoot incidents and provide advanced support for IT infrastructure and applications
Monitor systems proactively and respond to operational issues and outages
Cloud & Infrastructure Management
Support and maintain AWS cloud environments, including EC2, S3, IAM, networking, and security policies
Administer and maintain applications across development, staging, and production environments
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform (AzureRM provider preferred), AWS CloudFormation, or Azure ARM Templates / Bicep
Office 365 Administration
Administer and manage Office 365 services including:
Exchange Online
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams
OneDrive
Security and compliance features
Support user access, policies, configurations, and ongoing pla...
