About the Role
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Mandarin Speaker is preferred for this position.
• Experience in an IT support or engineering role.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Endpoint device troubleshooting
- Understanding of Enterprise IT Environment
- Familiarity with the industry environment and setting is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of devices for deployment
- Perform administration of Active Directory as needed
- Perform basic troubleshooting for device related issues
- Assists in the IT Asset management task
