About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and engineering services for banking IT systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot servers, applications and related systems
- Monitor system performance, availability and security to ensure stable operations
- Work closely with application, network and security teams to resolve technical issues
- Perform system upgrades, patches and configuration changes as required
- Support incident management, root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Prepare technical documentation and operational reports
- Provide on-call or after-office-hour support when required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 2–5 years of IT engineering experience in enterprise or banking environment
