IT Engineer

Information Systems Services (ISS) is looking to appoint an enthusiastic IT Engineer to join the Campus IT Engineer team, supporting IT Services at Lancaster University.

As an IT Engineer, you will join a faculty-based team providing second-line technical support to users of the University's IT services. In this role, you will offer both on-site and remote technical support to end users. Utilising ITIL-based processes to handle incidents and service requests, you will tackle a wide range of technical challenges, provide advice, and perform preventative maintenance to support the University's teaching, research, and administrative functions.

You will collaborate with our AV services team to support IT and audio-visual equipment in various learning spaces.
