IT - End User Computing

Job Location : Clark Global City, Pampanga

Overview: The main role of the IT Administrator – End User Computing is to maintain TRT Internal computing environment by identifying system requirements, monitoring hardware and software performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation.

Key Deliverables:

• Provide end-user support such as but not limited to:
• • Computer support, deployment, reformat/refresh, remote assistance support.
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Hardware support of IT equipment (Access Point, CCTV, Printer, IP Phones, etc.)
  • Standard application support (Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Other critical applications)
• Setting up credentials for applications used within TRT
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
