IT Director

Job Summary

The IT Director is responsible for the overall technology strategy, enterprise systems architecture, software development oversight, systems integration, and IT operations of the Elev8 Group. The role focuses heavily on system and software development leadership for all upcoming enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, HRIS, and other business systems), while ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user support across the organization.

This position serves as the chief integrator of business systems, ensuring all platforms operate as a single, secure, scalable, and data-consistent ecosystem aligned with Elev8’s growth strategy.
