Overview

The IT Director is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the technology strategy of MT Group with a strong focus on digital transformation and cybersecurity. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business orientation and plays a key role in strategic and operational decision-making that directly impacts efficiency, growth, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and develop a mid-sized IT function, combining internal resources and external providers
• Manage the IT budget, prioritizing high-impact investments
• Lead key initiatives related to digitalization, process automation, and system modernization
• Define and monitor KPIs related to performance, security, and service quality (SLAs)
