Job Description:
We are seeking an Expert-level Digital Product Designer – Design Researcher to support Commercial Banking initiatives focused on receivables tools and Liquidity Management solutions. This role will play a critical part in a multi-year transformation of commercial banking digital services, ensuring product strategy and design decisions align closely with user goals and business needs. The Design Researcher will be embedded within product squads, working closely with product designers, content designers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders. This position requires a strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on research, translate data into actionable insights, and influence both executive and product-level decisions.
