HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support for internal employees and business operations.In this role, you’ll support day-to-day IT operations by managing incoming support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution of end-user needs. You’ll work closely with the broader IT team to provide high-quality onsite support across hardware, software, account access, and general desktop support activities.
