IT Content Analyst
to manage and streamline our technical documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for converting complex technical information into clear, organized resources for our internal teams and stakeholders. Your goal is to ensure that our technical knowledge base is accurate, accessible, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Management:
  Create, update, and organize technical guides, process manuals, and system documentation.
• Information Analysis:
  Review Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture technical workflows and translate them into standard operating procedures.

  Regularly review the existing knowledge base to identify gaps, remove outdated information, and improve searchability.
