About the Role
What You'll Do
- Translate Complexity: Edit high-quality technical documentation such as research articles or thesis
- Data-Driven Content: Use analytics to track content health and identify where users are getting stuck.
- Collaborate: Embed with Product and Dev teams to capture technical requirements before features even launch.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years in Technical Writing, IT Content Strategy, or a related field
- System Knowledge: Advanced proficiency with XML/HTML is highly preferred but not required.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive content strategy and demonstrate ROI on documentation initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT-related field/any field. Fresh graduates are welcome
