IT Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement
   • Monitor and assess IT operations, systems, and processes for compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 20000, NDCP, NIA).
   • Support the enforcement of Clients IT governance frameworks across service delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
2. Policy and Procedure Management
   • Assist in the creation, review, and maintenance of IT policies, standards, SOPs, and guidelines.
   • Ensure documents are aligned with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and Clients evolving operational needs.
   • Maintain a centralized compliance document repository and ensure timely updates.
