IT Cloud Transformation Project Manager

Systematix is currently seeking an Project Manager for our client, a major provincial utility organization, to support the delivery of a cloud-based contact centre transformation initiative within an enterprise IT environment.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Systematix is supporting a major provincial utility organization undertaking a strategic initiative to implement a cloud SaaS contact centre solution, including integration with enterprise systems and modernization of customer service capabilities.

This role requires an experienced IT Cloud Transformation Project Manager to lead delivery using Agile methodologies while coordinating with business and technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
