IT Card Management Analyst / Specialist

The candidate will join the IT Card Management Centre of Excellence, with cross-functional responsibilities for credit and debit card management systems.

The systems operate on cloud-native architectures in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and support key payment processes in a highly regulated banking environment.

The role involves actively contributing to functional and technical analysis activities, supporting the evolution of application solutions and integration with core banking, payment circuits and external platforms.

• Analyse and understand Card Management processes: card issuance, lifecycle management, authorisations, clearing & settlement, fraud and chargebacks.
