About the Role
- Perform daily check of POS and ensure that this are well functioning
- Set up work stations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
- Check computer hardware to ensure functionality
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging)
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance
- Provide support to store operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, or any related course
- Knowledgeable in computer systems and networks
- With relevant experience in the related field
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
