About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Associate I to join our End User Computing team. This is an entry-level, on-site role focused on providing hands-on technical support, device provisioning, and day-to-day IT operations for internal users. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. User Support: Assist users with daily tasks and common issues in Google Workspace (sharing permissions, Drive organization, and Gmail settings). Provisioning: Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and peripherals. Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and deactivation. Migration Support: Help users transition from Microsoft environments to Google Workspace tools. Ticketing: Manage and resolve tickets within defined SLAs using the ITSM system.
