Solution Architect – Target Role We are looking for a Solution Architect to advise on application and integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, architectural goals, and best practices.
Responsibilities
Application Solution Architecture Advisor :
Design the application and functional layer of the solution architecture, taking business needs into account.
Align the functional and application layer with architecture targets and other layers of the solution architecture.
Validate compliance with Desjardins Group’s and sectors’ IT/software frameworks (security, infrastructure, platforms, etc.) that could affect the proposed solution.
Ensure the reuse of common services and sector‑specific services, especially shared solutions and reusable patterns.
Help assess the costs (recurring and non‑recurring) of the solutions architecture and optimize it based on the 4 quality dimensions.
