Application Support Engineer to be based in Villahermosa, Tabasco
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible in providing L2 application & workflow support to users (internal & external). You will also be a proxy in communication with Engineering team to the services the DDH provided.
Responsibilities include (not limited to)- Service Operations Execution – executing data loading procedures, computation of Rig states / Drill states and drilling KPI, checking results of the computations and configuring computation parameters, configuring new drilling KPI on demand.
- Infrastructure Management – servers, virtual machines, Oracle database, backup / recovery solution, administration of Performance Insights.
- Customer & workflow support – making sure that system is available to users, consulting on user workflow, KPI presentation, collecting user requirements and communicating with engineering team. Manage support requests/ti...
