Role: IT Application Analyst
Contract: 1 year
Location: Remote
Rate: $./hour W2
Scope of Work: 
Working with our PCCS (Rauland Patient Call Light System) team on converting enterprise units to the new call light system. Main vendor is Ametek/Rauland. Helping convert units to Rauland Enterprise (RE) using vendor software to program based on unit needs assessments 
Job Responsibilities:
Resolves customer problems with software and responds to requested improvements and enhancements.
Researches requests to determine scope, size and impact.
Works with customers to elicit requirements through a variety of techniques.
Validates requirement information with customers to ensure completeness, correctness, and clarity.
Validates the developed solution to ensure it satisfies the stated requirements.
