Job Description

- Design, implement, and manage server and network infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Administer and maintain Microsoft communication tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and etc.).
- Set up and manage mobile device infrastructure, ensuring compliance and security.
- Provide technical support and infrastructure management for the company’s ERP platform, which integrates core business functions such as Finance & Accounting, HR, sales, procurement, and inventory.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, including network latency, system uptime, and data backup/recovery.
