Job DescriptionThe Sales Administrator acts as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer relationships and supports the Account Managers.
Duties & Responsibilities Order processing Effectively and timeously deal with telephone and email requests for quotations. Ensure all quotations are followed up as necessary. Ensure all orders received are entered onto the system timeously and accurately within customer credit terms and limits. Tactfully inform customers of overdue/exceeded accounts as necessary.
