Responsibilities
Provides organization with information technology support to optimize operational efficiency that includes resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installation, and improving IT systems.
Technical Support
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues encountered on hardware (Server, Printers and Employee Computers/Devices, CCTV, Biometrics Machines.
- Assist in troubleshooting software programs and coordinates with Programmer Consultant.
- First point of contact for team members technical concerns.
System Network and Administration
- Company Program Files Back-Up
- Ensure proper connection and accessibility of remote computers.
- Perform Regular Preventive Maintenance on IT Equipment
