**Job Description** :
**Summary**
The Senior Business System Analysts are responsible for facilitating the necessary troubleshooting on assigned applications as well as supporting local hardware and network troubleshooting and/ or deployment as reported by either the Technology Account Leads or Operations Team. Assists in the escalation path for the Operations Team regarding resolution of an incident.
**Essential Functions**
+ Support Business System Analysis resources with testing of solution changes across multiple accounts. Provide support for overflow of testing requests.
+ Document issues that are re-occurring in nature to ensure root cause is identified and permanent fix is implemented. Manage improvements/changes for accounts by creating and tracking Customer Enhancements (CE), Service Requests (SR), and Continuou...
